Feed My Starving Children Event Update!
Held on June 7, 2014 @ FMSC in Schaumburg
65 volunteers came out in support to help pack food that was sent to the Philippines.
Over 20,000 meals were packed, and we raised and donated $3,600 at the event, which will help to feed 45 children for one year!
Thanks to all who helped make this a success!
Last year 800,000 volunteers joined the Feed My Starving Children Organization to pack more than 191,600,000 meals that were shipped to over 70 countries around the world. Help Turn Hunger Into Hope, sign up to Volunteer!

Northern Illinois Food Bank BackPack Packing Event UPDATE!
Held April 15, 2014 @ Lake Park East Campus
Sponsored by Jake's Outreach and the Lake Park Math Team the event was a success!
200 Backpacks were filled with more 2,000 donated canned goods for hungry children in Illinois, over $1,000 was presented to the Northern Illinois Food Bank, and 33 additional boxes of canned goods were donated to the Bloomingdale Food Pantry!! A Special Thanks to all who participated, donated and helped to Sponsor!!!

Thank You!! to each Volunteer who came out to UNOs Pizza in Schaumburg on Sat Nov 8th, 2014 to help support this charitable event and help us remember Jake's joy in helping others.
Great News...over 70 Volunteers packed 105 shoeboxes, with toys at the event and an additional 25 this past week with event donations, for a total of 130 shoeboxes!!!!
Over $700 in donations were given to cover the $7 per box International Shipping Costs for over 100 boxes!!! Thank you to all!!!
