Jake's Outreach was started as a Legacy...
We started Jake’s outreach as a way to remember and honor Jake and continue to be active in some of the things he was interested in. Jake had a charitable heart and liked helping others.
We plan 2 Volunteer events per year in memory of Jake. Please join us as we help kids in need together!
